ZEN Master offers in-depth data analytics for monitoring issues. In addition to the basic monitoring parameters, such as Jitter, RTT, total packet loss, and total unrecovered packets, ZEN Master offers the following in-depth data analytics with a historical view of up to a year:
- Content Quality Analysis (CQA) - Detects frozen video, blank pictures, silent audio and audio clipping.
- TR101 Analysis - Detects TR 101 priority 1 and priority 2 issues within the stream.
- Perceptual Quality Analysis - Provides perceptual quality analysis of the video content with estimated PSNR (ePSNR) and estimated VMAF.
