Cloning a Zixi Feeder

If you would like to create a new Feeder with properties similar to those of an existing Feeder, you can use the Clone feature to simplify the process.

To Clone a Zixi Feeder:

1. In the main navigation, click Zixi Edge Devices.
2. Select the Feeder that you would like to Clone (i.e. the Feeder already configured in ZEN Master which has setting similar to those that you would like to set for the new Feeder that you are creating).
3. Click on the Clone button. 
   
   
   The Feeder window is displayed with all fields other than Name populated with the configuration data of the original Feeder.
4. In the Name field, enter the name of the new Feeder.
5. Change any of the fields that you would like to configure differently than the original Feeder. See section Adding a New Zixi Feeder.

6. Click Save.
   The Feeder is configured and will remain in Pending state until you configure the initial connection to the Zixi Feeder, see the following section Connecting the Zixi Feeder (Zixi Feeder UI).
