Viewing and Running Task Sets

You can view a list of all Task Sets that have been configured in ZEN Master.
The following table describes the information shown on the Automation screen.
Parameter | Description |
---|---|
Name | The name of the Task Set. |
# of Tasks | The number of tasks included in the Task Set. |
# of Schedules | The number of schedules assigned to the Task Set. Note: Each time that the Task Set is run manually it is counted as a new schedule. |
Next Scheduled Run | Shows the date and time that the Task Set is next scheduled to run. |
Status | Shows the status of the Task Set. Possible statuses are: Ready or Executing. |
When a Task Set is selected, the following tabs are shown at the right of the screen:
- Details – shows configuration details of the selected Task Set.
- Tasks – shows a list of all tasks that are included in the Task Set.
- Schedules – shows a list of all schedules applied to the Task Set.
- Events – shows a list of all system Events relevant to the Task Set.
- Notes – shows notes added to the Task Set.
The following actions can be done for the selected Task Set:
- Run Task Set – manually initiate a "run" of the specified Task Set. See Manually Running a Task Set.
- Edit – Edit the Task Set configuration.
- Clone - Create an additional Task Set based on the settings of the selected Task Set.
- Delete – Delete the Task Set from the system.
In addition, in the Tasks tab you can add new tasks, and in the Schedules tab you can add new schedules. In the Events tab you can also download a report of the Events.
