Creating a Tag

To create an Access Tag:

  1. In the main navigation, click Configuration > Tags.
  2. Click + Add.
    The Create New Tag window is displayed.
  3. In the Name field, enter a name that will enable you to identify the type of permissions that will be associated with this Tag, e.g. EastCoast, CustomerA, QA.
  4. Select the Priority checkbox if you want to mark the object as a "Priority" object, so that it can be quickly found in the list of objects. This is helpful if you want to find easily find these objects by sorting and filtering the list. 
  5. Click Save.
    The Tag is created and it is shown on the list of Tags on the Tags screen. The Tag can now be assigned to roles and system objects.
