Viewing and Downloading Reports

You can view a list of all reports that have been configured in ZEN Master.  When a report is selected, the following tabs are shown at the right side of the screen:

  • Details – shows configuration details of the selected report.
  • Run History – shows a list of all report "runs" that have been generated for the specified report configuration. You can download the reports as .xls files from this tab

The following table describes the information shown on the Reports screen.

Parameter

Description

Name

The name of the report.

Type

The report type. Possible types are: Usage, Uptime or Stats.

Object Types

The types of system objects that are included in the report. Possible values are: Feeders, Broadcasters, Receivers, Sources, Targets and Transocding.

Granularity

The degree of granularity of the report. Possible values are: Hour, Day or Week.

Time Period

The time period that is included in the report.

The following actions can be done for the selected report:

  • Generate Report – generate a "run" of the specified report based on the report configuration.
  • Edit – Edit the report configuration settings.
  • Clone - Create a new report with settings similar to an existing one.
  • Delete – Delete the report configuration from the system.

In addition, in the Run History tab, you can download or delete a specific "run" of the specified report.
