Allowing Zixi Support to Access your System

Zixi Support personnel can access your system in order to help you to resolve issues that arise. You can control whether to allow/block access to Zixi Support personnel.

To allow/block access to Zixi Support personnel:

  1. In the main navigation, click Account Management > Single Sign-On.
    The Single Sign-On screen is displayed.
  2. Click on the Support tab.
  3. To allow/block access, select/deselect the Allow Zixi support access checkbox .
    Changes are saved automatically.
