Notes Pane

To access the Notes pane, click the Notes button at top.

 

 

The notes pane allows you to view and add notes to the incident. These notes are typically used to share insights and findings related to the incident.

The notes pane includes the following elements:

  • Add new note - To add a note type into the Add new note field and click Save.

  • Previously created notes – notes that were previously created.

  • Filter - To filter the notes, type into the Filter field. Notes that match the text will be displayed.

  • Sort – Click the Sort button to sort by the user who created the note or by the time it was created.
