Before you can start using OnAir you need to configure your Zixi Broadcaster to receive an input stream from your OnAir app. Then, you must configure the app to send the stream to your broadcaster.

It is possible to send the OnAir stream directly to an external RTMP server, in which case you don't need to set up a broadcaster. This chapter assumes that you intend to send the stream to a Zixi Broadcaster.
