Reliable Internet Stream Transport (Zixi RIST)

The Zixi Broadcaster now supports the RIST protocol as an input and an output.  More details about RIST can be found at www.rist.tv.   In the Broadcaster UI RIST is enabled on inputs via a check box in the UDP stream parameters.
