General Receiver Settings

The General Settings screen includes basic configuration parameters for the server .

Field	Description
ID	The unique (alphanumeric) name of the Zixi Receiver. Typically: host name.
Port	The port number of the Receiver administration. You can configure this parameter to any legal port number which is supported by your Firewall. Default: 4300
NIC	The associated IP with Receiver’s Network Card ID.
Password	The password of the administrator.
Root folder	Displays the configured root folder. You can modify the root folder in receiver-private-settings.xml
Enable HTTPS	Enables secure HTTPS connection to the server. Enabling HTTPS requires the relevant certificates and private keys. To enable HTTPS, click on the checkbox and upload the required files.
