Step 1 - Downloading ZEC and Generating License Key

Following a registration process, you can download the ZEC software and generate a license key for it.

To download ZEC and generate a license key:

1. Go to the Zixi Customer Portal: Zixi Customer Portal and create a new account on or log into existing account.
   
   

   Open

   

2. On the main menu, click My Settings.

3. Verify that you are subscribed to Zixi Edge Compute software. If not subscribed yet, under the You can subscribe to the following packages section, scroll down until you find Zixi Edge Compute (ZEC) and click Subscribe.

4. On the main menu, click License Keys and click Generate a key for Zixi Edge Compute.

5. Copy the generated key.
   
   

   Open

   

6. On the ZEC UI select Options and Activate License.
   
   

   Open

   

7. Paste in the license key and click Activate.
