AC-3 Audio Decoding

Transcoding in the Zixi Broadcaster now supports AC-3 audio decoding, also called Dolby Digital.   This audio format can contain up to six discrete channels of sound.  The transcoder, however, only supports the left and right channels and will ignore the other channels.  The transcoder cannot decode E-AC-3 audio, also called Dolby Digital Plus, but it can pass it through.
