The HTTP Push Output will output the stream as a Transport Stream over HTTP to a target URL.
To Create an HTTP Push Output:
- In the Outputs page of Zixi Feeder, click the + New Output button in the menu bar.
The New output window is displayed:
- Type the unique identifier for this output in the Name
- In the Type field, select HTTP Push.
- In the Input Name drop-down list, select the desired input stream.
- If the stream is a Multi Program Transport Stream and you want to stream a specific program, select the relevant Program from the drop-down list. Select Original to stream all the programs in the stream.
- Within the selected program, you can stream specific PIDs by creating a Filter (see: Adding Filters to Input Stream (PID Filtering) section) and then selecting it from the Filter drop-down list. Select Original to stream all PIDs within the program.
- If you would like to add this stream to an Output Group, select an existing Group from the dropdown list OR create a new group by clicking (see Output Parameters Table below for additional details).
- Enter the URL of the target.
- Click OK.
The new HTTP Push Output with its settings is created and now appears in the list of outputs.

All the outputs created in Zixi Feeder within the same group and with the same host name, will be resolved into the same IP address. You can create a new output group or use an existing group.
