Adding Input Streams to Feeder
You can add input streams to the Zixi Feeder from one of the following sources:
- UDP streams - the source is a UDP or RTP stream, over unicast or multicast.
- RTMP streams - the source is an RTMP stream.
- ASI streams – the source is an ASI stream, which is converted into IP-MPEG-TS stream before it is inputted into the Zixi Feeder.
- File - the source is an MPEG-TS file that is located on the machine.
- HTTP pull – the source is a Transport Stream over HTTP, which is pulled by the Zixi Feeder.
- Failover - creates a hitless failover group that uses two or more binary-identical sources to ensure an uninterrupted stream.
