The General Settings screen includes basic configuration parameters for the server including the Receiver ID, access ports, and authorizations.

ID | The unique (alphanumeric) name of the Zixi Receiver. Typically: host name. |
Port | The port number of the Receiver administration. You can configure this parameter to any legal port number which is supported by your Firewall. Default: 4300 |
NIC | The associated IP with Receiver’s Network Card ID. |
Password | The password of the administrator. |
| Root folder | The root folder of the Zixi Receiver files. |
| Enable HTTPS | Enables secure browser. |
