Pre-registering Users in ZEN Master for Okta

If you have selected the Allow pre-registered users only option you will need to manually pre-register the users as described below.

To pre-register a user:

1. In ZEN Master, go to Account Management > Users.

2. Click +Add.

3. In the Name field, enter a name for the user.

4. In the Email field, enter the user's email. This email must match the email registered in Okta.

5. Under Authentication Type, select Single Sign-on.

6. Click Save.
   The user will be created and added to the list of users. Notice that under the Single Sign-on column the status is "pending" until the user connects for the first time through Okta.
