Zixi's ZEN Master supports SSO (Single Sign-on) through Okta. When logging in to ZEN Master, the SSO feature makes it possible for users in your organization to authenticate through Okta, as your company's identity provider, without the need to authenticate again.

This guide provides instructions on how to configure both Okta and ZEN Master to enable SSO through Okta.

Requirements

Make sure you are using Admin accounts in Okta and ZEN Master which enable you to access the Account Management screen in ZEN Master and the Okta Applications screen.
