Adding a Broadcaster Cluster

Broadcaster clusters are groups of Zixi Broadcasters that perform one or more tasks. Available task types are Ingest and Channel Processing. There are two scaling options available for the Broadcaster Clusters, Manual and Managed. For our use case, you will create a Manual Cluster that performs both Ingest and Channel Processing tasks.
