Adding File Streams to Receiver

This creates a .ts file input for the Receiver from a local or mounted disk. The Zixi Receiver will access the file located in the specified path.

To  Add File Streams:

1. In the ZiXi Receiver Navigation menu, click the Inputs tab.
2. In the Menu bar, click New Input. The Stream details screen is displayed.
   
3. Select File for the Input Source.
4. Enter the unique Input Name (an internal name) for the Receiver.
5. Specify the Path on the local machine where the file is located.
6. Click OK.  The “Input added” message appears on the top of the screen.
   The File Input from the Zixi Receiver now appears in the list of streams available in the Zixi Receiver inputs screen.
