To Create a UDP Output:
- On the Outputs screen of ZiXi Feeder, click on the upper- right end corner of the screen.
The New output window is displayed: - Type in the unique identifier for this output in the Name field.
- From the Type drop-down list, select UDP Output.
- From the Input Name drop-down list, select the desired input stream.
- If you have created a filter, select the desired Program and Filter.
- Specify the Properties (see table below for additional parameters).
- In the Host field, specify the IP address of the stream destination.
- In the Port field, specify the port of the destination.
- In the NIC field, select the network card from which the stream will be transmitted.
- Click OK.
The new UDP Output with its settings is created and now appears on the Outputs screen.

Smoothing | Enables transmission of the output at the correct rate. Required when the receiving device is sensitive and can’t lock on to the stream (in such a case, the recommended latency is 100 - 1000 ms). |
NIC | Specifies the Network card used. |
TTL | Specifies the network Time-to-Live parameter |
