To configure ZEN Master to use an SSO:

  1. In the main navigation, click Account Management > Single Sign-On.
The Single Sign-On screen is displayed.
  2. Click + Add.
The Create New Single Sign-On screen appears.
  3. In the Name field, enter a name for the SSO account.
  4. Create an SSO account or configure an existing account for use with ZEN Master using the Callback URL shown at the bottom of the Create New Single Sign-On window. (You may also be asked to provide a JavaScript origin. Use the Callback URL domain without the path e.g. https://zixi.staging.zixi.com.)

The precise procedure for configuring your account differs depending on your SSO provider.

  5. In your SSO provider's configurations interface, determine the information needed by ZEN Master: Authorization URL, Token URL, Client ID and Client Secret.

You may need to download the JSON for your account in order to access this info.

  6. In the Authorization URL, Token URL, Token URL ID and Token URL Secret fields, enter your SSO account info.
  7. If you would like to allow only pre-registered users (i.e. users for whom an account has already been created in ZEN Master) to access the system, select the Allow pre-registered users only checkbox.

If this checkbox is not selected, then any user can login to ZEN Master using the SSO. However, he/she will not be able to access any information in ZEN Master until roles have been assigned to him/her by an Admin.

  8. Click Save.
ZEN Master is configured to use your SSO account.
