If there are persistent large round trip times through particular servers, a network reconfiguration may be necessary to alleviate the issue.

When configuring a Source in ZEN Master, the Traceroute History feature is not activated by default. If you would like to activate Traceroute History for a particular Source you can do so by selecting the Traceroute History checkbox in the advanced configuration options. This can be done during the initial configuration or you can edit an existing Source |
