For deployments that include a DNS Load Balancer, it is possible to group multiple outputs into a single Output Group. All the outputs created in Zixi Feeder within the same group and with the same host name, will be resolved into the same IP address (i.e. the same Zixi Broadcaster). This feature can be used to ensure all adaptive streams will be delivered to the same machine (i.e. resolved to the same destination IP address).

To add an Output to an existing Output Group:
- On the Outputs page of ZiXi Feeder, click
on the upper- right end corner of the screen. - In the Group filed, select the relevant group from the drop-down menu.
- Complete the Properties fields, while ensuring the Host is the same as the other output in the group.
- Click OK.
