The Live Event details screen displays the following main elements:
- Stages progress bar – the progress bar displays the various stages of the live event and their scheduled times. The current stage is marked in blue.
- Stage Countdown - displays a count-down to the next stage.
- Delivery Flow – displays all the ZM objects that are assigned to the delivery flow per channel. If more then one channel was selected for the Live Event, each channel will have its own delivery flow. Each delivery flow includes the following elements (from left to right):
- Channel – column – displays a preview of what is currently being delivered as the output of the channel. The header displays the channel status, name, and processing cluster. The status icon indicates the channel state and the name of the source that is currently streaming. Click the Expand icon to view the Channel details.
- Sources column – displays small previews of the sources in the controlled channel and their status. Click the Expand icon to view the Source details. The header of the source displays the source status, name, and processing cluster.
- Broadcaster – displays the status of the active broadcaster that is processing the channel, including the name of the Broadcaster and the status of its components (CPU, RAM, HDD). Click the Expand icon to view the Broadcaster details.
- Targets – displays the status of the target that was assigned to this channel. Click the Expand icon to view the Target details.In addition, it displays the Source's Priority Configuration - Preferred/Secondary/Slate, while indicating which of the sources is currently Active.
Hovering the mouse on top of the source displays the following buttons:- Preview - displays a preview of the source on the Preview column.
- Lock - locks the Source so that it is the only Source that is going to be used in the Live Event even if there is a failover event. Locked sources are indicated with a lock icon.
- Preview column - displays the Source feed of the Source on which the Preview button was clicked. Selecting the Show Overlay checkbox displays a timecode and audio levels overlay on the Preview video.
- Clips - At the bottom of the screen the Clips section displays small previews of the promo clips that were created for this Live Event. Hovering the mouse on top of the clip displays the following buttons:
- Preview - displays a preview of the clip on the Preview column.
- insert - forces the clip to play immediately in the Live Event.
- Refresh – click this button to refresh the entire screen.
- Live Event Controls – offers a variety of buttons to manually control the event. For more information, see Live Event Manual Controls.
