If you have selected the Allow pre-registered users only option you will have need to manually pre-register the users as described below.

To pre-register a user:

  1. In Zen ZEN Master, go to Account Management > Users.

  2. Click +Add.

  3. In the Name field, enter a name for the user.

  4. In the Email field, enter the user's email. This email has to must match the email registered in Azure.

  5. Under Authentication Type, select Single Sign-on.

  6. Click Save.
    The user will be created and added to the list of users. Notice that under the Single Sign-on column the status is "pending" until the user will connect connects for the first time through Azure.
