If you have not already received your software, contact your Zixi Representative or Reseller about setting up a Download Center account.
Open a browser and navigate to the download center at:
URL: http://downloads.zixi.com/free/zixi_vlc_plugin-win32-1.11-latest.zip
User name: username [Provided On Request]
Password: password [Provided On Request]
Right Click on the downloaded zip file and extract the contents to the desired location.
