To login to ZEN Master:
- In your web browser, navigate to: https://<customer_id>.zen.zixi.com.
A user authentication window opens.
- In the Email field, type your email address and in the Password field, type the password that has been provided by a Zixi representative.
- Click OK.
If you forgot your password you can generate a new password by clicking Forgot Password? > Send Email.
