 To login to ZEN Master:

  1. In your web browser, navigate to: https://<customer_id>.zen.zixi.com. 
    A user authentication window opens.
  2. In the Email field, type your email address and in the Password field, type the password that has been provided by a Zixi representative.
  3. Click OK.
