For broadcaster clusters that were configured to use IP whitelisting, you must add IPs to the whitelist to enable them to access the cluster.
To add IPs to the whitelist:
- In the main navigation, select Broadcasters.
- From the list of Broadcaster clusters, select a cluster configured for IP whitelisting to which you would like to add IPs.
If the selected cluster is configured for IP whitelisting, then an IP Whitelist tab appears at the right of the screen. - In the IP Whitelist tab click + Add Rule.
- In the CIDR field, enter the CIDR for the range of IPs that you would like to include.
- Under Protocol, select the protocol to include in the whitelist as follows:
- For a Manual cluster – select either Zixi or Zixi/DTLS protocol.
- For a Managed cluster – select one of the available protocols (Zixi, Zixi/DTLS, UDP or TCP). If you selected UDP or TCP then you must also enter a port range in the Port field.
- In the Description field enter a description of the whitelisted entity.
- Click Save.
