The History tab shows a graphic display of the target connection activity over time. Line graphs show the relevant network and streaming statistics for each target type. Separate graphs are shown for Network and Stream Delivery data.

The graph shows color coded lines indicating the events that occurred over time. A key indicating the colors used to represent various types of data is shown below the graph.

The Network graph shows the following data: Recovered, Not Recovered, Reconnections, Jitter and RTT (round trip time). The Stream Delivery tab shows the bitrate over time.

The graph has the following functionality:

  • Set the time range of the display (see below).
  • Hover over a point on the graph to show the total values for that time.
  • Click and drag the cursor over a time range to zoom in on that time range.
  • Double click on the graph to zoom out on the graph (i.e. expand the time range).
  • Refresh the page to return to the default display (Last 1 day).

You can select one of the following time scales from the drop-down list at the top of the display:

  • Last 1 hour
  • Last 12 hours
  • Last 1 day (default)
  • Last 1 week
  • Last 1 month
  • Last 1 year
  • Custom range – to set a custom time range, select this option and then enter the date and time of the beginning and end of the time range.
