ZEP Lite Feeder or Zixi Server Appliance
Zixi Edge Point Appliance (ZEP Lite) and Zixi Server Appliance can be used with virtually any IP Encoder to input MPEG-TS over UDP, RTP or RTMP and output Zixi TS over the internet to a Zixi Broadcaster.
- ZEP Lite - can be used for a single OU contribution feed up to 20Mbps including encryption.
- Zixi Server Appliance - is shipped with Zixi software and CentOS Linux and can be used a Feeder for processing multiple simultaneous video streams.

The following are our minimum host server recommendations:
- Processor - Intel Dual Core i3 processor or better,
- Memory - 4 GB RAM,
- Networking - 2x 1GB network cards (one to connect the source device (Enc/Mux/IRD) and the other to be connected to the internet).
- OS - Linux CentOS 6/7, 64 bit (recommended), Ubuntu 12/14, Debian 7/8, 64 bit, Windows 7/8/ server 2008/2012, 64 bit .
