To configure ZEN Master to use an SSO:

  1. In the main navigation, click Account Management > Single Sign-On.
    The Single Sign-On screen is displayed.
  2. Click + Add.
    The Create New Single Sign-On screen appears.

  3. In the Name field, enter a name for the SSO account.
  4. Under Configuration, select the configuration method for the SSO account. Options are: OpenID Discovery or Manual.
  5. Create an SSO account or configure an existing account for use with ZEN Master using the Callback URL shown at the bottom of the Create New Single Sign-On window. (You may also be asked to provide a JavaScript origin. Use the Callback URL domain without the path e.g. https://zixi.staging.zixi.com.)

    In your SSO provider's configurations interface, determine the information needed by ZEN Master:

  6. If OpenID Discovery was selected, in the OpenID Connect Discovery Document URL field, enter your Token URL.
  7. If Manual was selected, enter your Authorization URL, Token URL, Client ID and Client Secretand User Info URL in their respective fields.

  8. Enter your Client ID and Client Secret fields, enter your SSO account info in their respective fields.
  9. If you would like to allow only pre-registered users (i.e. users for whom an account has already been created in ZEN Master) to access the system, select the Allow pre-registered users only checkbox.

    If this checkbox is not selected, then any user can login to ZEN Master using the SSO. However, he/she will not be able to access any information in ZEN Master until roles have been assigned to him/her by an Admin.


  10. Click Save.
    ZEN Master is configured to use your SSO account.
