Zen Master automatically sends email notifications about errors that occur in the system to all relevant parties. The default notification behavior is that whenever an object (i.e. Feeder, Broadcaster, Receiver, Source, Channel or Target) in the system enters an Error state as well as when the error is resolved, all users that have access to that object are notified. You can customize the settings for when and to whom notifications are sent.
This section explains the information shown on the Notification screen and the actions that are available on this screen. For a complete discussion of configuring notifications in ZEN Master, see Notifications.
The Notifications screen has three sections:
settings for which error Events trigger notifications are determined by the Event Profiles under Configuration > Events, see Configuring Events Profiles.
The Configuration > Notifications screens enable you to configure the "Flapping Detection" thresholds and to configure a Kafka server to receive logs for ZEN Master Events.
