Broadcaster V16 requires CUDA 11 and the driver version to be >= 470 and < =515. You can search for NVIDIA driver downloads at https://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx?lang=en-us or simply use the version in the example below.
CentOS 7.9 on GCP, Azure or any cloud or bare metal or Amazon Linux 2:
Update the OS and install development tools:

Reboot to load the latest kernel from the upgrade.
Check to see if ‘nouveau’ module is installed.
