Due to an AWS limitation, once the Entitlement target is created it cannot be moved to a different AWS MediaConnect Flow. |
To add a new Entitlement Target:
In the main navigation, click Targets.
Click + Add.
The Create New Target window is displayed.Click on Entitlement.
The Create New Entitlement Target configuration window is displayed. In the Info section, in the Name field, enter a logical name for the Entitlement Target.
In the Access Tags field, select one or more of the predefined Access Tags from the drop-down list.
Access Tags are used for access control. By selecting an Access a Tag , you are relating this Target target to that Access Tag. Access Tags are associated with certain roles (through the Users & Roles screen), and roles, in turn, are associated with users and user groups. If you would like to create a new Access Tag, see Creating an Access a Tag.In the Events Configuration Profile field, select from the dropdown list the profile that you would like to apply to this Target. By default, the Default profile is applied. Events Profiles consist of a series of rules that determine precisely how various types of Events are logged and what results they trigger.
In the Configuration section, in the AWS MediaConnect Flow field, select the relevant MediaConnect Flow from the drop-down menu.
In the Data transfer subscriber fee percent field, enter the percentage of the entitlement data transfer fee that AWS should bill to the subscriber’s account. AWS will bill your account for the remainder. For example, if you specify 15, AWS bills the subscriber's account for 15% of the entitlement data transfer fee and your account for the remaining 85%.
In the Subscriber account ID field, specify the subscriber's 12-digit AWS account ID. Don't include hyphens in the ID. This is the account ID of the receiving subscriber to which the stream will be sent to.
