he following procedure describes how to generate an SSL certificate and enable HTTPS for a Zixi Broadcaster. A similar procedure can be used for a Zixi Feeder and a Zixi Receiver. |
To enable HTTPS and upload an SSL certificate:
In the Zixi broadcaster navigation, click Settings.
The Settings page opens showing the General tab.In the General section, select the Enable HTTPS administration checkbox.

Next to the HTTPS certificate uploaded field, click Upload.
Navigate to your HTTPS certificate file, and click Open.

Next to HTTPS private key uploaded field, click Upload.
Navigate to your private key file, and click Open.

In the HTTPS private key passphrase field, enter your passphrase, if one exists.
Verify that there is a green Yes next to both Upload buttons.

Click Apply.
