Zixi's pull redundancy configurations includes an alternative host, which provides a secondary redundant target. The second with automatic failover when the primary becomes unreachable. Once the failover has occurred, the system remains in the target secondary delivery state until a further interruption occurs, such as further connection loss or a stream being restarted by the user.Zixi push include either two parallel streams running across redundant paths or a target node that can automatically switch to a redundant source. The target node will attempt to pull the primary sources again only in the event that the secondary source becomes unavailable.
