The Zixi VLC Plug-In is available for Windows versions 7 and later. The VLC Media Player is produced and maintained by The VideoLAN project and is compatible with VLC versions 1.0.x, 1.1.x, 2.0.x, 2.1.x, 2.2.x and , 3.0, and later.

Windows Version - The Zixi VLC Plug-In for Windows should use the latest VLC version and is available for Windows versions 7 and later.
Mac Version - The Zixi VLC Plug-In for Mac should use the latest VLC version and is available for macOS 10.9 and later.
For live stream playback, the plug-in requires an active network connection to a pre-configured Zixi Broadcaster. Inbound UDP must be enabled from the remote broadcaster source port 2077 to a session based random local port.
