To login to ZEN Master:
- In your web browser, navigate to: https://<customer_id>.zen.zixi.com.
A user authentication window opens.
If your account is configured for SSO, then the Sign-in screen offers the option to either sign in through your SSO account or using ZEN Master credentials.
In the Email field, type your email address and in the Password field, type the password that has been provided by a Zixi representative.
Info Once your email has been associated with an SSO account you are no longer able to login to that account using ZEN Master credentials.
- Click OK.
