You can configure as an alternative entity, the Channel or the Broadcaster Cluster, but it is not recommended to do both at the same time. This is done by selecting the alternative entity in the Alternative Cluster (Disaster Recovery) field (for Broadcaster Clusters) or the Alternative Channel (Disaster Recovery) field for (Channels).

Switching to the Alternative Path

The switch to the alternative path can be done from the Channel details screen or from the Target details screen, as explained in the following instructions:
