Content Comparison

1. Create a page

• Click "Create" and select "Blank Page" to create your first page.
• New pages are created as children of the page you are currently viewing.

2. Add to your page

• Click "Edit" to enter the Confluence editor and use the page layouts feature to structure your content using sections and columns.
• Use headings to format your text and drag and drop images into your page to provide visual interest.
• Click "Insert" and select "Other Macros" to add macros for navigation, special formatting and other media.

The Zixi Server Appliance unit is a standard 1U high, 19-inch rack-mountable, standalone hardware device. This appliance can host any one of the three Zixi products (Zixi Feeder, Zixi Receiver, and Zixi Broadcaster), according to which license was purchased by the customer for each specific appliance unit.

The front panel contains the following elements:

1. A two-row, back-lit, dot matrix alphanumeric LCD screen
2. A six button key pad for navigating the menus in the LCD screen:

• • Up Arrow / Up Scroll Button
  • Right Arrow / Select Arrow
  • Down Arrow / Down Scroll Button
  • Left Arrow / Back Button
  • Green Tick / Confirm / Power Up Button
  • Red Cross / Cancel / Power Off Button

Rear Panel

The rear panel contains the following elements (from left to right, in Figure 3, above):

1. Cooling fan
2. Main AC power
3. Serial port (9-pin, male, RS-232)
4. Ethernet Management port (RJ-45)
5. 2x USB 3.0 interface standard A sockets (blue inserts)  2x USB 2.0 interface standard A sockets (black inserts)
6. 4x Network Data Ethernet Input/Output ports (4x RJ-45)
7. VGA monitor port (female, blue insert)
8. 4x coaxial cable connectors for ASI video interface card (the ASI video interface card is optional; the standard appliance box has a blind metal cover in place if an ASI card has not been installed)

The Zixi Appliance unit comes supplied with the AC power supply cable. All other cables must be supplied by the customer.
